Online and offline integration, more accurate efforts to stabilize employment

From the Spring Breeze campaign in all parts of the country, to stabilizing market players, expanding employment space, stabilizing key groups, and promoting the matching between supply and demand, since 2022, the policy of stabilizing employment has been continuously implemented to achieve efficient and accurate docking between supply and demand in the labor market.

A survey by the Economic Information Daily reporter found that under the background of stable employment, all localities actively explored innovative measures to achieve online and offline integration and achieve more full and higher quality employment. Online, "remote recruitment", "video interview" and "live broadcast with posts" have become the mainstream. All parties actively innovate online recruitment forms and recruit talents for enterprises in convenient and efficient ways to solve the difficulties of recruitment and employment. Offline, local governments continue to implement vocational skills upgrading actions, organize various special job fairs, focus on key groups, simplify employment procedures, and broaden market-oriented and socialized employment channels.

Employment services leap into the "cloud" and "live broadcast with posts".

"Welcome to the live broadcast room. The enterprises invited today provide dozens of jobs. In addition to salary, five insurances and one gold, they also provide accommodation, free medical examination and other benefits. I hope that job seekers in the live broadcast room will pay more attention." At 10: 00 every morning, the staff of the Intellectual Employment Center of Tianjin Xiqing District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau turned into "on-the-job anchors", pushed recruitment posts online, interpreted various employment policies, and provided "one-on-one" and "ordering" job recruitment services for enterprises and job seekers.

Hangzhou, the person in charge of the recruitment center of Tianjin Xiqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, introduced that since the recruitment center launched the 2022 "Spring Breeze Action" promotion meeting and "Thousands of Enterprises and Thousands of Posts" online recruitment on February 17, it has gathered more than 14,000 recruitment positions from more than 1,000 enterprises, covering all walks of life.

Zhang Congqin, a post-90s generation from Hebei, is one of the beneficiaries. In just three days, she completed the job-hunting trip from Hebei to Tianjin online. "When brushing a short video, I accidentally entered ‘ Xiqing people’s society ’ The live broadcast platform, with the psychology of giving it a try, followed the anchor’s explanation and selected the favorite company and post. After entering the cloud platform to deliver the resume with one click, I quickly received a phone call and interview confirmation from the company. " Zhang Congqin said.

"Live broadcast with posts" breaks the time and space restrictions, allowing job seekers and recruitment companies to link accurately and realize "cloud hand in hand".

Liu Dong, manager of personnel department of Tianjin Especial Food Co., Ltd., was also deeply touched. "Affected by the epidemic situation and the return of foreign employees during the Spring Festival, we have a large gap in front-line workers and a large demand. Understand that ‘ Live broadcast with post ’ After the recruitment model, we registered for the first time and set up more than 70 jobs such as workshop technicians, quality inspection and logistics. "

To Liu Dong’s surprise, the company received nearly 100 resumes from job seekers from many places for the first time. "The talents linked in the live broadcast room come from all over the country, through ‘ Online recruitment ’ We can make a more accurate analysis of job seekers, which is smoother than the two-way communication of submitting resumes offline. Now, we are organizing batch interviews, and some job seekers have already entered the post. " Liu Dong said.

According to the statistics of Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, nearly 100 online job fairs and "live broadcasting with posts" have been held in Tianjin this year, involving more than 3,800 enterprises, providing 79,000 jobs, helping 47,000 job seekers and reaching more than 4,200 intentions, thus building an "intercommunication bridge" for employers and job seekers.

This is not a case. In February this year, just after the Spring Festival holiday, the human and social departments of Zibo held a live online job fair through a number of online channels. Five well-known local enterprises, including Shandong Ruibang Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., Xinhenghui Electronics Co., Ltd., Lan Fan Medical Co., Ltd., Shandong Yinuowei Polyurethane Co., Ltd. and Zhiyang Innovation and Technology Co., Ltd., entered the live broadcast room of Zibo human resources market to promote enterprises and employment positions.

The staff of Zibo Public Employment and Talent Service Center also made a detailed interpretation of the employment and entrepreneurship policy and the 37 articles of "Talent Financial Policy" that netizens are concerned about. According to statistics, on that day, Zibo held four "live broadcast with posts" activities, in which 77 enterprises participated, providing 3,518 jobs and 411,200 people watched online.

In the live broadcast room located in Chongqing Human Resources Industrial Park, a "live recruitment" will be staged every Friday afternoon. Recruiters from seven or eight enterprises and institutions will become the anchor of "live broadcast with posts", show the working environment with short videos, answer questions from job seekers online, and old employees will talk about their work feelings … … Relying on the intelligent employment platform launched by Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Department, job seekers and employers can complete the whole process of job recruitment online, such as resume delivery, remote interview and electronic contract signing.

At the same time of "live recruitment", there are more than 20,000 jobs on the intelligent employment platform in Chongqing, and online recruitment is carried out simultaneously. The platform provides job seekers with one-stop services such as resume delivery, online career guidance, video interview and electronic contract signing through the forms of "unit display+job introduction", "anchor+tutor" and "public+market".

In addition to recruitment, employment services have also leapt to the "cloud". It is understood that the "Chongqing Yingcai Grade You Come" webcast and intelligent employment platform have become a channel for supply and demand docking, a window for policy propaganda, and a position for serving people’s livelihood. "With the help of big data, our service efficiency is also more accurate and effective. For example, after the system accurately identifies job seekers who have submitted resumes or participated in interviews for many times but failed to find employment, we can accurately carry out employment assistance." The relevant person in charge of the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security said.

"Labor Broker" Matches Bridges "Skills Free Learning" to Enhance Competitiveness

On February 21st, under the organization of Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, 156 poverty-stricken people from Chongqing went to Jinan, Rizhao, Weihai and other places in Shandong Province for employment by charter flight. In order to ensure that poverty-stricken people go out to work in an orderly manner, Chongqing human resources and social security departments actively contact with Shandong human resources and social security departments to obtain recruitment information of Shandong enterprises in time, so as to achieve accurate matching and two-way selection.

In addition to fully promoting the return to work and stabilizing the scale of migrant workers, especially those out of poverty, some places are still exploring ways such as "labor brokers" and "employment matchmakers" to better "match the bridge" for recruitment and job hunting.

Not long ago, Xu Wensong, a migrant worker, was still worried about not finding a job after returning to his hometown in Tongnan, Chongqing. Today, he has become an employee of a rubber and plastic product enterprise in Tongnan, and no longer goes out to work. This change is inseparable from the "labor broker" initiative implemented in Chongqing. Up to now, the number of registered "labor brokers" in Chongqing has reached 14,000.

"Labor brokers" should not only master the job-hunting needs of laborers, but also understand the employment situation of enterprises, and "match the bridge" between job seekers and enterprises in time. Liang Zhou, chairman of Chongqing Ling Feng Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. said that since the accurate docking of "labor brokers", the company can recruit people as soon as there is a vacancy, saving a lot of manpower and material resources.

Tianjin’s "Xiqing Renshe Cloud Platform" also accurately matched the "employment matchmaker" for every enterprise and job seeker. "There are more than 180 people in our region ‘ Employment matchmaker ’ They are online every day, providing both parties with the whole process tracking service during the recruitment process. " Hangzhou said.

Li Huiting, deputy director of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, said that next, Tianjin will also improve its "accuracy" and stabilize its employment by serving the front. Do a good job in job information collection, increase the scale of job information, improve the quality of job information collection, and strengthen the docking of people and jobs through accurate job promotion and refined employment services.

Building a recruitment platform and conducting targeted recruitment have opened a new channel for the rapid introduction of industries with large talent gaps.

Looking at dozens of resumes "to be answered" on the computer interface, Song Xiangyun, head of human resources of Lunan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., breathed a sigh of relief: "The company is in a high-speed growth period, and the demand for employment is great. It is even more difficult to accurately target students who have received medical services, thanks to the special recruitment activities organized by the human and social departments on a regular basis."

The reporter learned that the recruitment demand of Shandong medical and health industry continues to rise, and the demand of medical industry enterprises with a scale of more than 1,000 people accounts for 40%. Shandong keeps a close eye on the needs of the industry, relying on the Shandong University Graduates Employment Information Network, and holding online recruitment activities for medical and health services in conjunction with 16 medical colleges in Shandong University, including Qilu Medical Department, Shandong First Medical University and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In terms of stabilizing employment, we should focus on the key points and focus on stabilizing college graduates, migrant workers and other groups. At the same time, we should take effective measures to strengthen training and enhance vocational skills and employment competitiveness.

Zhang Pan, deputy director of the Employment Department of Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said that Chongqing aims at the employment of two key groups, namely college graduates and people with difficulties in cities and towns. By focusing on the actual situation and service needs of "one life and one difficulty", it is necessary to prescribe the right medicine. Among them, for college graduates, we will implement "eight expansion" measures, such as expanding the recruitment of civil servants, institutions, grassroots projects, enterprise absorption, conscription, enrollment expansion, scientific research assistants, and community job development. For people with difficulties in cities and towns, we will implement a number of ways to stabilize employment, a number of jobs in the market, a number of self-employment, and a number of resettlement.

In order to minimize the impact of the epidemic on enterprise production and effectively meet the needs of enterprise employees to improve their skills, Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security launched the "Online Free Skills Learning" activity. The training included 65 public courses and 118 professional courses, with a total of about 8,200 class hours, which were available for free study and use by employees during the epidemic. Up to now, the number of visits to online platforms has reached 74,000.

Shandong has carried out in-depth entrepreneurship training for key groups, including all kinds of entrepreneurs with training needs, and implemented large-scale vocational skills training. Carry out rural practical technology training for migrant workers who have the willingness to train; Carry out online entrepreneurship, e-commerce and other training for returning migrant workers; For rural entrepreneurial leaders, we will continue to carry out entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurship training camps.

"The training faculty team is a well-known entrepreneurial tutor in China, which is usually inaccessible. The content is aimed at the common problems and fundamental problems encountered in the development of enterprises." Sun Jifa, founder of Weifang Kehua Group, said that through training, he broadened his vision, improved his strategic thinking and improved his personal ability, which was very helpful.

Precise policy, combining long and short, and solving structural contradictions

According to data from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, in 2021, 12.69 million new jobs were created in cities and towns nationwide, exceeding the target of 11 million. However, the industry generally believes that overall, the employment pressure in 2022 should not be underestimated. To stabilize employment, we should combine long and short, further focus on the precise policies of key groups, improve the quality of vocational skills training, solve the structural contradictions of employment, and achieve more full and higher quality employment.

"From this year’s trend, China’s economic development and epidemic prevention and control have maintained a leading position in the world, the foundation of employment remains solid, and the employment situation will continue to remain generally stable. At the same time, economic development faces triple pressures of shrinking demand, supply shocks and expected weakening. The total employment pressure is not reduced, and structural contradictions are prominent. It still needs hard work to complete the annual employment target. " Zhang Ying, director of the Employment Promotion Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, said at a regular press conference recently.

"Affected by sporadic outbreaks of epidemics and increased uncertainty in individual industries, stable employment in 2022 still faces great challenges. On the one hand, the total number of college graduates will exceed the 10 million mark in a record, and the pressure of employment supply is enormous; On the other hand, as the economy is in the process of transformation and upgrading, the number of jobs has shrunk structurally. " Zhang Chenggang, director of the New Employment Form Research Center in China, capital university of economics and business, said.

Zhang Chenggang also pointed out that it is necessary to further solve the employment problems of young people such as college graduates and improve flexible employment and social security policies. Further strengthen the confidence of market participants and give full play to the role of new employment forms in employment.

Tian Lihui, dean of the Institute of Financial Development of Nankai University, suggested that under the background of the continuous development of digital economy and industrial transfer, we should continue to promote the new mode of long-distance employment service, conduct online recruitment and online interviews for newly employed people, break the "information island" of the employment market, and guide the employment service to achieve "self-management" and "online office" as much as possible. In addition, change the traditional talent training mode, increase the layout of emerging disciplines, make the ability of job seekers meet the needs of new economic development and industry, and at the same time launch more online and offline training courses to promote human resources development.

Yao Kai, director of the Global Science and Technology Talents Development Research Center of Fudan University, also believes that the all-round public employment service system should be improved. Actively break through the information and space barriers between enterprises and talents, build a job-seeking channel with the help of new means such as online recruitment, and improve the recruitment efficiency. At the same time, the government, enterprises and schools form a joint force to guide the employment process and employment effect of college students, improve their employability and improve the training of technical skills.

Zhang Ying said that the next step will be to achieve more full and higher-quality employment, take the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" as the guide, take the implementation of the preferential employment policy as the starting point, focus on key points, make precise policies, and strive to ensure the overall stability of employment. First, focus on stabilizing market players and strengthening employment priority policies. The second is to focus on expanding employment space and strengthening entrepreneurship to drive employment. The third is to focus on stabilizing key groups and strengthening accurate employment assistance. The fourth is to focus on promoting the matching between supply and demand and strengthening the quality of training services.

New changes in the senior high school entrance examination! It’s settled!

Yesterday, the Municipal Education Bureau issued the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Provincial Unified Proposition and Related Work of the Junior High School Level Examination", clarifying that the five subjects of Chinese, Mathematics, English, Science and Society will implement the provincial unified proposition, and the social subjects will continue to open books within two years; In 2024, the proportion of enrollment quotas for high-quality ordinary high schools in Huzhou City will reach 70%.

New changes in the senior high school entrance examination in our city

According to the contents of the notice, from 2024, five subjects of Chinese, mathematics, English, science and society (including morality and rule of law, history and society, the same below) will implement provincial unified propositions, with a total score of 620 points.

Source: Huzhou Education

Social subjects will set a transition period in 2024 and 2025, and the city will continue to adopt the open-book method. Starting from 2026, students in the first grade (i.e., enrolled in September 2023) will take a closed-book exam in accordance with the requirement of "unified closed-book examination in the whole province".

The methods, items and standards of physical education and health examination are independently formulated by the municipal and county education bureaus. The physical education examination in the urban area in 2024 scored 40 points; In 2025, some project settings and scoring standards will be adjusted, and ball games will be selected and tested, with a full score of 50 points.

From 2024, scientific experiment operation will no longer be included in the unified examination subjects of the whole city, and the city will also cancel the bonus points for minority candidates in the senior high school entrance examination and candidates from Hong Kong and Macao. Non-local household registration children who already have junior high school status in our city can sign up for the senior high school entrance examination in our city at the school where they are registered, and enjoy the same treatment as the candidates with household registration in our city when enrolling students.

02

Distribution students do not fill in their volunteers separately and do not recommend them.

According to the "Implementation Measures for the Enrollment of High-quality Ordinary High School Students in Huzhou City in 2024", the proportion of enrollment quotas for high-quality ordinary high school students in Huzhou City in 2024 will reach 70%.

Urban distribution schools involve Huzhou Middle School, Huzhou No.2 Middle School and Wuxing High School. 70% of the enrollment plans of the three high schools are allocated to the two districts and municipal junior high schools, and the two districts will allocate places to their junior high schools in proportion. Candidates participating in quota allocation enrollment must meet the following conditions at the same time: fresh graduates who have urban school status and have studied in the same junior high school or campus for two years or more, whose comprehensive quality evaluation "moral performance" is good or above, and the overall rating of the other three dimensions should reach 1A2B or above.

All junior high schools shall publicize eligible students before April 1, 2024, and report the publicized list to the Municipal Education Examination Center step by step. What needs special reminder is that according to the requirements of the relevant documents of the Provincial Department of Education, from 2025, fresh graduates who have been studying in the same junior high school for three years can participate in the enrollment of students.

It is understood that participating in directional distribution enrollment, candidates’ voluntary reporting, examination, admission, etc. are unified into the senior high school entrance examination process. Directional candidates do not fill in their volunteers separately and do not make recommendations. Candidates must fill in the volunteers of the directional distribution enrollment school, but do not include the volunteers of the school’s special classes. Candidates with directional distribution enrollment qualifications must participate in the senior high school entrance examination.

After the senior high school entrance examination, the Municipal Education Bureau will allocate the enrollment quota according to the candidates’ wishes and the orientation of each junior high school, and admit students from high score to low score according to the total enrollment score of senior high school. Directional allocation of enrollment sets the minimum admission control scores of each enrollment school. If junior high schools fail to complete the directional allocation of enrollment quotas above the corresponding high school admission scores, the directional allocation of enrollment scores can be appropriately reduced, in principle, within 20 points below the corresponding high school admission scores. The admission rate of places allocated to the school is not less than 95%.

Millions of Mexicans are at risk because of obesity. The president called for weight loss.

A few months ago, Juan Pedro Franco, a Mexican man who weighs nearly 600 kilograms and is known as the fattest in the world, just completed a stomach reduction operation and took the first step to lose weight. Now, 10-month-old Louis is suffering from obesity again. At birth, he was only 3.5 kilograms, and his weight has soared to 28 kilograms … … From children to adults, what has "fattened" Mexicans?

  Starting with feeding children coke

According to the latest report released by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the obesity rate of people over 15 years old in Mexico is 33.3%, that is, one in every three adults has obesity problem. At the same time, the incidence of adult diabetes in Mexico is the highest among OECD members, reaching 15.8%, more than twice the average level of 7%.

Judging from their eating habits, many Mexicans like high-calorie and high-sugar foods, including fast food and carbonated drinks. These foods are rich in fat, sugar, salt and chemicals, which are easy to fill the stomach and affordable. Some parents even put coke in bottles to feed their children. According to data provided by Euromonitor International, a market research organization, Mexicans consume about 163 liters of carbonated drinks per person every year.

Obesity is not only accompanied by diabetes, but also chronic diseases caused by hypertension and nutritional imbalance. The Mexican Institute of Competitiveness released a report saying that dozens of diseases suffered by Mexican people are inseparable from obesity.

November 14th is World Diabetes Day. Mexican Health Minister Jose Naro said that the number of diabetic patients in Mexico increased to 105,000 in 2016, an increase of 7,000 over the previous year.

Causing the North American Free Trade Agreement?

In 1994, the North American Free Trade Agreement concluded by the United States, Canada and Mexico came into effect, which reduced or eliminated a considerable number of commodity tariffs. The Mexican media Cosmos pointed out that with the entry into force of the agreement, Mexico quickly became a "junk food" paradise.

The Mexican media quoted Alejandro Calviyo, the head of the non-governmental organization "Consumer Power", as saying that the Mexican authorities failed to introduce policies in time to protect people’s diet structure and let the market be free, resulting in the proliferation of low-quality food and junk food advertisements in the market for a time.

Traditional Mexican foods such as mutton, tortillas and cactus are mostly low in fat and high in fiber. After the liberalization of the market, the Mexican people’s dependence on processed fast food has been increasing, and the intake of grains, vegetables and fruits has decreased, resulting in the phenomenon that many Mexicans want hamburgers instead of tortillas.

However, contreras, a foreign trade expert at Ibero-American University in Mexico, believes that NAFTA is not the decisive factor of obesity in Mexico. In today’s society, obesity and overweight have become a "world phenomenon". With the advancement of urbanization, new technologies continue to develop, which has a profound impact on people’s life and diet, including "fattening people up".

The president called on the whole people to lose weight.

The Mexican government has realized the seriousness of the obesity problem and launched a national "weight loss revolution", calling on the whole people to lose weight.

In 2013, Mexican President Oena issued an action plan, calling on people to take more walks, take more stairs, exercise for one hour every day and live a healthy life.

Oena advocates promoting a healthier diet and encourages food enterprises to improve their recipes and produce low-calorie or high-fiber foods. He also decided to levy a tax of 8% on high-calorie foods with a calorie content of more than 275 per 100 grams, and to levy a tax on soft drinks.

"In the face of a real epidemic of overweight and obesity, we can’t stand idly by," Oena said. "The lives of millions of Mexicans are in danger."

Relevant measures have achieved initial results. In 2014, after Mexico raised the tariff on sugary drinks to 10%, the sales of such drinks dropped by 10%. The Mexican government hopes to reduce the obesity rate by 2.5% by 2024 and prevent 134,000 cases of diabetes by 2030 through tariff policy.

On the other hand, the Mexican government is also actively responding to the call of the World Health Organization to strengthen the control of junk food advertising, especially for minors. According to Xinhua News Agency

Looking forward to building a closer China-Central Asia destiny community together.

At present, China and Central Asian countries have achieved "three full coverage" — — Full coverage of comprehensive strategic partnership, full coverage of the community of human destiny at the bilateral level, and full coverage of signing and building the "Belt and Road" cooperation document.

China and Central Asian countries agree that each country has the right to choose its own development path and governance model, firmly support each other’s chosen development path and governance model, and oppose any form of "double standards" and interference in other countries’ internal affairs under any pretext.

China has provided a strong backing for Central Asian countries to resist the infiltration of "three forces". Central Asian countries have become an important barrier for China to maintain security and stability in the west, and together they have formed an increasingly close community of security interests.

China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway signed a memorandum of understanding in 2022, and the feasibility study will be completed in the middle of this year, which is expected to enter the implementation stage this year.

China and Central Asian countries have a history of friendly exchanges for thousands of years, and together they have written magnificent poems about the ancient Silk Road connecting east and west. Crossing the long river of history, China and Central Asian countries have explored a path of mutual benefit and win-win in line with their respective national conditions in the face of changes in the world, times and history, and have become common practitioners of the important concept of the community of human destiny.

Over the past 30 years, China and Central Asian countries have deepened their strategic mutual trust, enriched their cooperation mechanisms and deepened their mutual friendship on the basis of mutual respect and good neighborliness. At present, both China and Central Asian countries truly feel that their cooperation is ushering in a historic new opportunity.

From May 18th to 19th this year, the China-Central Asia Summit will be held in Xi ‘an, Shaanxi Province. China and the five Central Asian countries will firmly grasp the new opportunities brought by this summit, promote mutually beneficial cooperation to achieve more tangible results, and build a closer China-Central Asia destiny community.

Be calm and treat each other as priority partners.

Over the past 30 years, profound and complicated changes have taken place in the world. However, no matter how the international situation changes, China and Central Asian countries always regard each other as the diplomatic priority, and their relations have gradually upgraded from the initial good-neighborly and friendly relations to strategic partnerships.

After the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader chose Central Asian countries for his first visit from September 14 to 16, 2022, which showed that China attached great importance to developing relations with Central Asian countries. During the visit, Kazakh President Tokayev awarded the Golden Eagle Medal, the highest honor of Kazakhstan, to the Supreme Leader Chairman. Uzbek President Mirziyoyev awarded the Supreme Leader Chairman the Medal of "Supreme Friendship", which was awarded for the first time since its establishment. Awarding honours is not only an affirmation of the personal contribution of the Chairman of the Supreme Leader, but also an affirmation of the development achievements of China-Kazakhstan relations and China-Ukraine relations over the past 30 years.

Under the top-level design, since 2011, China has successively established strategic partnerships with Central Asian countries and signed treaties of friendship and cooperation.

At present, China and Central Asian countries have achieved "three full coverage" — — Full coverage of comprehensive strategic partnership, full coverage of the community of human destiny at the bilateral level, and full coverage of signing and building the "Belt and Road" cooperation document. This reflects high-level political mutual trust and lays a solid foundation for the next "golden 30 years" of China-Central Asia relations.

Mutual trust and assistance to build a China-Central Asia destiny community.

On January 25, 2022, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader said at the video summit of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and five Central Asian countries: "No matter how the international situation changes and how developed China is in the future, China will always be a good neighbor, good partner, good friend and good brother that Central Asian countries can trust and rely on."

During the many emergencies in Central Asian countries in 2022, China repeatedly expressed its support for the governments of Central Asian countries to maintain stability and stop violence, and firmly supported Central Asia in maintaining independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. On issues concerning China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, Central Asian countries did not hesitate to give China firm support. On the issue of development path, China and Central Asian countries agree that each country has the right to choose its own development path and governance model, firmly support each other’s chosen development path and governance model, and oppose any form of "double standards" and interference in other countries’ internal affairs under any pretext. Ku Berdymukhamedov, former president of Turkmenistan and speaker of the upper house of parliament, once wrote that the wisdom and foresight of the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s leaders have enabled the country to unswervingly embark on the road of national rejuvenation in a stable and confident environment.

Based on the principle of equal consultation, mutual understanding and mutual accommodation, China and Central Asian countries have successfully solved sensitive and complicated border issues, turning the common border of more than 3,300 kilometers into a bond of friendship and a bridge of cooperation, which not only lays a solid foundation for cooperation, but also provides a model for solving similar problems in other parts of the world.

In combating the "three forces" that endanger regional security and stability, China and Central Asian countries have continuously deepened security cooperation, established an inter-departmental and inter-regional security dialogue mechanism, and maintained close communication and exchanges on responding to regional security challenges; Vigorously improve the institutionalized level of law enforcement and security cooperation, and regularly hold multi-bilateral joint exercises and joint border patrols, which have squeezed the activity space of the "three forces" to the maximum extent and blocked their escaping channels. In view of the Afghan issue, China and Central Asian countries have joined hands to promote the process of national reconciliation and peace in Afghanistan and jointly crack down on drug trafficking and cross-border crimes. China has provided a strong backing for Central Asian countries to resist the infiltration of "three forces", and Central Asian countries have become an important barrier for China to maintain security and stability in the west, and together they have formed an increasingly close community of security interests.

Win-win cooperation and common development and prosperity

The economic, trade and investment cooperation between China and Central Asian countries has achieved leapfrog development. China is the largest or main trading partner of Central Asian countries and the largest or main export market of commodities of Central Asian countries. China is also the largest source of investment and financing for Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The trade volume between China and Central Asian countries jumped from the initial several hundred million dollars to 70.2 billion dollars in 2022, an increase of more than 100 times; China’s investment in Central Asian countries has also increased from almost blank to nearly $40 billion.

At the same time, the cooperation mechanism between China and Central Asian countries is becoming more and more abundant. China has established intergovernmental cooperation committees with all Central Asian countries, and China and Kazakhstan have also established a mechanism for regular meetings between prime ministers. According to the demands of different countries, China has also established more targeted cooperation mechanisms with relevant countries, such as China-Tajikistan Agricultural Cooperation Committee and China-Uzbekistan Poverty Reduction Cooperation Mechanism. These different levels of dialogue and cooperation mechanisms not only help to enhance political mutual trust, but also remove obstacles to cooperation in time.

China has a complete range of industries, forming a unique production capacity in the world, which is suitable for the economic development stage of Central Asian countries. In the process of building the "Belt and Road", a large number of cooperation projects have taken root in Central Asian countries. At present, China and Central Asian countries have identified dozens of key projects for capacity cooperation, covering automobile, energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine and many other fields, with a total investment of more than 20 billion US dollars. The above-mentioned projects will effectively alleviate the urgent problems faced by Central Asian countries in the development process and help countries in the process of industrialization and modernization.

The level of connectivity between China and Central Asian countries has reached an unprecedented height. China is connected with Central Asian countries by mountains and rivers, and has the natural geographical convenience of cooperation. At present, China and Central Asian countries are working hard to build an omni-directional and three-dimensional communication network covering roads, railways, aviation and oil and gas pipelines. The China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway signed a memorandum of understanding in 2022, and the feasibility study will be completed in the middle of this year, which is expected to enter the implementation stage this year. China-Kazakhstan Lianyungang Logistics Cooperation Base provides a sea port for Central Asian products to sail from the Pacific Ocean. More than 80% of Central European trains passing through Central Asia have become the convenient and efficient "artery" of East-West logistics across Europe and Asia, and played a lifeline role during the COVID-19 epidemic.

China and Central Asian countries are focusing on green development and looking to the future. While expanding cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, production capacity, interconnection, anti-epidemic, energy and food security, the two sides will expand innovative cooperation in digital finance, cross-border e-commerce and green infrastructure, foster new growth points such as artificial intelligence, big data and renewable energy, strive to recreate a number of high-standard, sustainable and quality projects that benefit people’s livelihood, push mutual cooperation to a higher level, push global development initiatives to the ground and make new contributions to boosting world economic recovery.

Knowing each other and dating each other, consolidating the foundation of friendly relations and public opinion

In more than 30 years of friendly exchanges, the people’s cognition of China in Central Asian countries has undergone earth-shaking changes. Despite the constant agitation of external forces, good-neighborliness and friendship have always been the mainstream voice of Central Asian countries to China, and mutually beneficial cooperation has always been an unchangeable trend in mutual relations.

China-Central Asia people-to-people cooperation mechanism has been continuously improved. China and five Central Asian countries have signed cultural cooperation agreements and implemented annual cultural cooperation plans. Local governments, universities, think tanks, media and literary and art groups have close exchanges, and cooperation in science and technology, medical care and tourism is in the ascendant. The touching story of China musician Xian Xinghai and Kazakh musician Baikadamov was put on the screen. In the near future, China-Kyrgyzstan, China-Tajikistan and China-Turkey will promote the mutual establishment of cultural centers to further improve the level of humanities cooperation.

Language is an important carrier of people’s hearts. At the beginning of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Central Asian countries, there were almost no universities teaching languages of Central Asian countries in China. At present, nearly 10 universities in China have offered languages courses of Central Asian countries, among which 4 universities in China have set up Kazakhstan Research Centers and 2 universities have set up Kazakh language majors. In Central Asia, "China fever" and "Chinese fever" are heating up all over the world. There are 13 Confucius Institutes and 24 Confucius Classrooms, and there are more than 20,000 students studying in China from Central Asian countries.

The level of facilitation of non-governmental exchanges has also gradually improved. At present, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan grant visa-free treatment to China tourists for 14 days and 10 days respectively. In the future, China and Kazakhstan are expected to reach a visa-free agreement, and the two countries also plan to set up consulates general in Xi ‘an and Aktobe respectively. Personnel exchanges between China and Central Asian countries are accelerating, and China-Central Asia tourism cooperation will usher in spring. It’s hard to draft! Water is difficult! The questions that plague Xianyang netizens have responded.

People’s Daily Online, Xi ‘an, July 21 (Ren Zhihui) People take food as the sky, water as the priority, and water as the foundation. Rural drinking water safety is one of the bottom line tasks to win the battle against poverty, the number one project of water conservancy and poverty alleviation, and the most basic livelihood issue. In order to let the people in Shaanxi and the people in the water sources have a safe meal and drink safe water, as early as April 14th this year, Shaanxi Province held a water conservancy work conference. It is planned that Shaanxi will complete water conservancy investment of 36 billion yuan this year, an increase of more than 8.5% over the previous year, control soil erosion and ecological restoration area of 3,000 square kilometers, solve and improve the drinking water safety problem of 1.2 million rural people, and increase the installed capacity of small hydropower by 25,000 kilowatts.

Solve the problem of water and comprehensively solve the problem of safe drinking water in rural areas. In May, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment issued a notice on "Key Points of Reform in the Field of Ecology and Environment in 2020", which mainly put forward nine key tasks from the aspects of strengthening the protection of drinking water sources, improving the compensation system for ecological environment damage, and deepening the comprehensive law enforcement reform of ecological environment. The second article clearly proposes to formulate guiding opinions on strengthening the environmental protection of centralized drinking water sources in Shaanxi Province, implement the water pollution prevention and control work plan in Shaanxi Province, and systematically promote the protection of drinking water sources. We will continue to standardize the construction of water sources and rectify environmental problems in drinking water source protection areas, promote the division of drinking water source protection areas with "thousands of tons and ten thousand people", and systematically promote the protection of drinking water sources. Before the end of October 2020, the guiding opinions on strengthening the environmental protection of drinking water sources in Shaanxi Province will be formulated.

Recently, with the hot weather, some places in Shaanxi have experienced difficulties in drinking water, using water and eating water. In Xianyang, some netizens have reflected the problems of drinking water, such as difficulty in drinking water, insufficient water supply and poor water quality, through the leadership message board of People’s Daily Online, which has become a hot spot of concern.

Question 1:Difficult draft, insufficient water supply

Villagers from Group 7, Tianchao Village, Jiangcun Town, Ganxian County said that the draft problem has always been the most difficult problem faced by some villagers in this village. Although there is a tap water pipe, there has been no water. If you want to drink water and cook, you have to go far away, carry water with a pole, or pull water with a cart, and put water once every two days. Sometimes there is no water if you miss the time, and the distance of pulling water is far away. If you pull a bucket of water home, there will be half a bucket left. If it rains or snows in winter.

In response to this problem, the inspection office of Ganxian County Committee replied that there are two main reasons for the abnormal water supply: First, the water seepage and water leakage of the seven groups of water supply networks in Tianchao Village are serious and cannot be investigated and maintained in time; Second, the water supply of the eight groups of pipe networks in Tianchao Village is not smooth. Due to the untimely maintenance after water leakage and the lack of attention to construction details during maintenance, debris such as sand and gravel enter the pipe network, blocking the water supply pipe network and preventing normal water supply. After coordination and agreement by all parties, the water supply time will be extended, and the water leakage points and blockage points in the seventh and eighth groups of the village will be investigated and repaired in time; The County Water Conservancy Bureau arranged a special person to conduct on-the-spot investigation on all the pipe networks in the village, and drew the construction drawings of the pipe networks. In the document No.11 of Gan Zheng Ban Han (2020), the reconstruction of the pipe networks in the village was initiated, and efforts were made to complete the construction transformation of all the tap water pipe networks in the village as soon as possible and provide normal water supply.

Coincidentally, there is also the same problem of draft difficulty in Yongshou County, Xianyang. A netizen commented that there was a long-standing problem that tap water could not be supplied in the village. Although there was a well and a tap water pipe, it failed to meet the drinking water standard. The villagers had to use a pole to fetch water from a nearby mountain spring to solve the domestic water. Some of these water carriers are even old people who are over 70 years old, and they are still worried about the daily water consumption.

After receiving the message from netizens, Yongshou County Committee attached great importance to it and immediately instructed the county water conservancy bureau to investigate the problems reflected.Upon investigation, due to the serious water leakage in the village pipe network found during the annual water quality inspection and water supply project survey in September 2019, water quality inspection was unqualified. County Water Conservancy Bureau organized and implemented the pipe network reconstruction and water quality treatment projects in time. At present, the pipe network reconstruction project in the village has been completed.

In addition, a netizen from Beibaozi Village, tuqiao town, Xunyi County said that the village only has tap water in the new countryside, and the two streets where the netizen lives don’t have tap water. Every day, he only carries it back from his neighbor’s house in buckets, so he can save some water if he drinks water, and the water for washing clothes is dirty. To solve this problem,Tuqiao town has connected the tap water for this netizen’s home.

A netizen in Bin County commented that the draft of Xiaokangjiayuan Community in Yimen Town was difficult, and the property said that the water was thin and could not be supplied, hoping to solve the draft problem.

After receiving the question, Yimen Town investigated and handled it.The rectification measures are as follows:Yimen Town will further strengthen the supervision of the property of Xiaokangyuan Community, requiring it to supply water strictly according to the water supply time on the one hand, and inform all residents of the water supply time to remind them that they can store water for standby at ordinary times; On the other hand, it is necessary to explain the reasons for water supply in different periods. The property office of Xiaokangyuan Community attached great importance to it, posted it in time to clarify the water supply time, and provided a description of the water supply situation.

Question 2: Tap water is low.

"It’s been almost two years since home decoration, and the water pressure has been very small. The measured water pressure value is 0.16. As a result, there is no way to take a bath, and the washing machine cannot be used normally, which seriously affects our normal life. " This is the problem reflected by the owner on the 17th floor, Unit 2, Building 7, Chaoyang Xingcheng, Changwu County, Xianyang on June 25th to the secretary of Changwu County Party Committee through the People’s Network Leadership Message Board. In this regard, the housing management station of Changwu County Housing and Construction Bureau went deep into the property office of Chaoyang Xingcheng Community on July 6, 2020 to test the indoor water pressure, and the hydraulic engineer of the property office of the community debugged the secondary water pressure. After two days of observation at around 9: 00 every night, the water pressure has been improved and the supply is normal (the wall-hung boiler can be used normally). On July 6, the netizen replied: "The leaders of the Housing and Construction Bureau personally went to the house to solve the problem! Thank you! "

Question 3: The water is unpalatable and the quality of drinking water is poor.

Poor drinking water quality is also a kind of problem reflected by netizens. A netizen in Sanyuan County commented that the tap water in Gaoli Village of Sanyuan County was yellow and turbid at 10 pm on June 27th without receiving any notice from the water company.

In view of the problems reflected, Sanyuan County Water Conservancy Bureau found that the causes of turbidity are as follows: First, there are uncleaned sediments in the low-lying areas of the pipeline, and when the pipeline velocity increases during the peak hours of water use, the sediments will be brought up with the water flow to produce a short-term local water turbidity problem at the end of the pipe network; Second, with the recent increase in water consumption, water supply companies have started to use supplementary water source wells one after another, and the high turbidity at the initial start of supplementary water source wells has a certain impact on water quality; Third, the pipe network in some parts of the city burst, and the water quality was turbid in some parts during the process of re-supplying water after emergency repair. The sudden turbidity of water quality in Gaoli Village on the evening of June 27th was related to the residual uncleaned sediments in the pipeline.

In view of the existing problems, the county water conservancy bureau has taken the following measures: First, organize pipeline flushing. On the basis of flushing the reservoir in early June, on the evening of June 28th, the water supply company issued a notice of flushing the pipe network to users in the working group, and flushed the main pipeline from 22: 00 to 24: 00 that night. The second is to optimize water source dispatching. Increase the proportion of groundwater supply. On July 2, the water supply company continued to increase supplementary water wells to further reduce the surface water supply to prevent the influence of unstable surface water quality on the purification effect. On July 3, all groundwater was used. The third is to organize six working groups, such as water plant, water source well, reservoir, urban section of water transmission and distribution network, town and village section and water quality testing group, to continue to strengthen investigation and monitoring and eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers affecting water turbidity. By taking the above measures, the problem of water turbidity has been effectively solved.

Question 4: Long water cut-off time.

Villagers in Fujiazhuang Village, Shide Town, Liquan County said that the tap water supply in the village often has no water pressure. Recently, there was no water for five or six days. During the busy farming season, there was no water at home on a hot day. In the past, there were some users who could take some water from their own wells. Since there was tap water, almost all those wells were abandoned, so there was no water for several days, leaving villagers with nowhere to take water.

In view of this problem, Shide Town immediately arranged for the cadres of Baocun Town to visit the village. After investigation, due to the rupture of the water pipe in Shide Town in two different places some time ago, all the natural villages covered by it were cut off. Fujiazhuang Village is located at the most downstream of the water pipe, so it is natural to wait until the water pipes in other upstream villages are connected. Now all households have resumed normal water supply.

Let the rest assured water "flow into" people’s homes. On July 7th, when Wang Shuanhu, director of Shaanxi Provincial Water Resources Department, went to Xianyang City to investigate and supervise the work of rural drinking water safety to get rid of poverty, he stressed that flood and drought disaster prevention should be the first good move, stick to the bottom line of people’s life safety and rural drinking water safety, focus on the line and point, ensure drinking water safety, and solve the contradiction between production and living water. It is necessary to hand over the current policy standards to grassroots cadres and the masses, strengthen the awareness of "water commodities" with the continuous reform of water charges and water prices, form an institutional mechanism, do good things and do practical things, and do the work of the masses in detail and in place. It is necessary to strengthen positive publicity and guidance, correctly handle the public opinion on rural drinking water safety issues, repeatedly do ideological work for the masses, make overall plans to promote epidemic prevention and control and current key water conservancy work, do a good job in welcoming the national poverty alleviation census, and provide rural drinking water safety guarantee for winning the battle against poverty and winning a well-off society in an all-round way.

Investigation on power exchange mode of new energy vehicles

Charging anxiety is an important factor that restricts the consumption of new energy vehicles. With the continuous improvement of the number of new energy vehicles, how to really power up and refuel is always a concern of everyone. Compared with the charging mode, the new energy vehicle has the advantages of quick recharge. At the moment when the competition in the new energy vehicle market is becoming more and more fierce, it has become an important breakthrough for enterprises to seek new quantity from the continuous increase in favorable policies, to the competition among enterprises, to the warming of the market and the recognition of consumers.

The driver parked the vehicle at the fixed position of the power station, and the staff lifted the buckle on the tray, removed the vehicle battery and replaced it with a fully charged battery. The buckle automatically fell and the vehicle drove out of the power station. The whole process only took about 4 minutes … This is the scene that the reporter saw in a new energy vehicle power station in Beijing. The staff of the power station said: "Excluding the waiting time, it only takes 1 minute to 2 minutes to replace the battery, and the power is as fast as refueling."

The broad development prospect of power exchange mode attracts many car companies and energy companies to enter the market. Recently, Weilai Automobile Beijing’s first fourth generation power station was officially launched, and the power exchange time was reduced to "2 minutes era". Previously, Weilai Automobile announced that it had carried out all-round strategic cooperation on power exchange with seven automobile companies and a number of transportation and energy companies; Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited, GAC Ai ‘an and Times Electric Service also signed a cooperation framework agreement for power exchange projects.

Walk into people’s homes

For new energy vehicles, the power exchange mode is not new. As early as 2000, Shanghai Electric Bus began to test bus power exchange, and established the first power exchange station in China in 2015; In 2016, BAIC launched power-changing taxis in cities such as Beijing and Guangzhou, and the power-changing station cooperated with electric bus and parent company Aodong New Energy.

After years of development, taxi drivers in some areas have favored the mode of changing electricity. The reporter observed at the power station that more than 10 taxis came to change electricity in half an hour. The staff of the power station said: "There are 28 batteries stored in our station, and the daily electricity exchange capacity is 70 to 80, which makes the demand for electricity exchange greater on holidays."

A taxi driver told the reporter: "New energy taxis in Beijing can be recharged or changed. I generally choose the mode of changing electricity, mainly because it saves time and there are more power stations in the urban area, so I can run more in one day."

Xu Yanhua, Secretary-General of China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance, believes that fast charging of operating vehicles is a rigid demand. At present, fast charging is still in its infancy, network construction needs time, and frequent use of fast charging is not friendly to batteries, so changing batteries is a good choice.

In recent years, the mode of changing electricity for new energy vehicles is gradually moving from the field of operating vehicles to people’s homes. In May 2018, the first power station of Weilai Automobile was completed and put into operation; Nowadays, it has been iterated to the fourth generation power station, supporting multi-brand sharing power exchange, and the power exchange time has been reduced from 8 minutes to more than 2 minutes at the earliest; BaaS (separation of vehicle and electricity) sales model launched during the period laid a solid foundation for the promotion of private car power exchange.

With the increasing number of power exchange stations, the power exchange mode is being accepted by more consumers. As of August this year, the number of power stations in China is about 3,800, of which the number of Weilai automobile power stations is about 2,480, accounting for about 65%. In 2023, Weilai Automobile added 1011 power stations, and the power exchange service exceeded 35 million times.

Tong Zongqi, Deputy Secretary-General of China Automobile Industry Association Charging and Switching Branch and China Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Promotion Alliance, believes that the reason why the switching mode is more and more favored by private car owners is because the price of new energy vehicles can drop sharply after the separation of vehicles and electricity; The life cycle data monitoring of automobile enterprises is friendly to batteries, and the analysis of battery data is convenient for echelon utilization and recycling. In addition, car owners can flexibly choose battery pack capacity according to travel needs, reducing the waste of cruising range.

With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the power exchange mode has a broad growth soil. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Public Security, as of the first half of 2024, the number of new energy vehicles in China reached 24.72 million, including 18.134 million pure electric vehicles. China Association of Automobile Manufacturers predicts that the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China will reach 11.5 million in 2024, up 20% year-on-year.

"In the future, with the increase in the number of new energy vehicles, there will be a huge market for the power exchange mode in urban scenes. In fact, the power exchange mode helps to solve the user’s pain points caused by the low proportion of private car parking spaces. " Feng Xingya, general manager of Guangzhou Automobile Group, said.

However, some consumers have similar concerns that "the battery is not their own" after the private car is changed. In this regard, Weilai Automobile staff said: "The car battery is actually like a charging treasure. Do we pay attention to the charging treasure or pay more attention to the electricity itself? Many consumers who buy Weilai cars are interested in the power exchange mode. We will strictly test the performance of the battery. Once it is below the standard, the battery will be retired. "

Enterprises are busy entering the market

The rapid development of new energy vehicles’ power exchange mode can not be separated from the support of national policies. In May 2020, the power exchange was first written into the Government Work Report; In October of the same year, the General Office of the State Council issued the Development Plan of New Energy Automobile Industry (2021-2035), which proposed to encourage the application of power exchange mode. In November, 2021, the Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Power Exchange was officially implemented, which became the first basic universal national industry standard for China’s power exchange industry.

This year, the Ministry of Finance and other departments issued the "Notice on Piloting Short-board Charging and Replacing Facilities in Counties", which proposed to strive to achieve "full coverage of villages and towns" in charging and replacing infrastructure; Many policies introduced by relevant departments, such as trade-in and consumption promotion, all refer to "improving the infrastructure construction of charging and replacing electricity".

At the enterprise level, Weilai Automobile has been committed to the development of power exchange technology. Li Bin, founder, chairman and CEO of Weilai Automobile, once said that it is difficult and correct to change electricity. After the power exchange network forms a scale of external service, it will become the "moat" of the brand. In November 2023, Weilai Automobile officially announced the opening of the power exchange business.

Many enterprises have entered the power exchange market. Among them, the "Power Exchange Alliance" formed by Weilai Automobile ushered in a period of rapid expansion, and successively signed cooperation agreements on power exchange business with seven automobile companies, namely Changan Automobile, Geely Holding Group, Jiangqi Group, Chery Automobile, Lotus Automobile, Guangzhou Automobile Group and China FAW.

Tong Zongqi said that with the gradual increase in the number of new energy vehicles, car owners’ choice of energy replenishment modes has become more diversified, and electricity exchange is one of them, and it has also received policy support. Some enterprises have invested heavily in power stations in the early stage, and the land and power resources are scarce. The "latecomers" choose to cooperate with the "pioneers" in the power exchange market to reduce repeated investment and serve consumers better. This is a win-win choice.

"With the popularity of new energy vehicles, consumers’ demand for more convenient and faster energy replenishment has become stronger. Expanding the’ friend circle’ of electricity exchange can meet this market demand and enhance market competitiveness. " The relevant person in charge of Weilai Automobile told the reporter that cooperation with other automobile companies can jointly promote the construction of standardized and large-scale energy infrastructure networks, which will contribute to the progress of the entire new energy automobile industry.

Taking Weilai and Guangzhou Automobile Group as examples, the two parties will jointly promote the establishment of a unified battery standard system, cooperate in the research and development of battery-changing passenger cars and compatible battery-changing service stations that adapt to the power-changing systems of both parties, promote the listing of battery-changing models with unified standardized battery packs jointly determined by both parties, and promote the landing of station-side solutions that can provide battery-changing services for both models.

Xu Yanhua said that several years ago, many enterprises planned to build their own power exchange network, but they faced great challenges because the cost of building the station was too high and they could not make a profit without sufficient demand density. Therefore, it is a win-win situation to establish a "friend circle" for power exchange.

In addition to car companies, many energy companies, including Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited, China Southern Power Grid, State Grid, Sinopec and PetroChina, have also laid out the electricity exchange market. Among them, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited EVOGO power exchange service has landed in Xiamen, Chifeng, Shenzhen, Chengdu and other cities, and the cooperative enterprises include FAW, Dongfeng and Guangzhou Automobile. In addition, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited and Didi have set up a joint venture company for power exchange, which provides power exchange services for many new energy vehicles from the scene of car sharing on the Internet. In the second half of this year, a new generation of products and more partners will be released.

In the field of commercial vehicles, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited’s self-developed one-stop scheme for replacing heavy truck chassis with electricity has been released, and together with Fujian Expressway, it has built a green logistics line for replacing heavy truck with electricity, with a total length of about 420 kilometers and equipped with four heavy truck replacement power stations.

At present, the "chocolate" battery-changing model jointly developed by GAC Ai ‘an and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited is advancing; Many car companies such as Chang ‘an and Geely are also accelerating the layout of electric vehicles. Orient securities Research Report predicts that by 2025, the proportion of domestic battery-changing vehicles is expected to reach 30%. Open source securities predicts that the market size of China’s power exchange industry chain is expected to reach 133.4 billion yuan in 2025.

Multi-party win-win situation

At present, the power exchange track is heating up. However, just like the two sides of a coin, there are many unsolved problems in the power exchange mode.

The power exchange mode has been developed in an all-round way, but it is limited by the lack of unified standards, including battery pack specifications, vehicle chassis structure and mechanical connection methods. Tongzongqi bluntly said: "battery standardization is difficult to unify. It’s not that there are no standards, but that everyone wants to use their own standards. " Some insiders believe that the most important thing in the power exchange mode is to solve the standardization problem. Once the unified standard is realized, the market will take off. Xu Yanhua called on enterprises to avoid "fighting on their own" because it is not only a waste of resources, but also inconvenient for consumers to use.

Scale is also a constraint that cannot be ignored. The power exchange mode can not form scale effect in a short time, which restricts the profitability of enterprises to a great extent. On the one hand, compared with AC slow-filling piles and DC fast-filling piles, the cost of building a power station is higher, and the investment in spare batteries, storage and equipment maintenance is expensive; On the other hand, the insufficient demand density for power exchange will also lead to the loss of a single station in the power exchange station.

According to the research report released by China Post Securities, the comprehensive cost of Weilai Automobile’s second generation power station is about 3.5 million yuan, including 1.5 million yuan for equipment investment, 1 million yuan for batteries (13 70kWh/75kWh/100kWh batteries), 650,000 yuan for electricity (assuming 30 times of service every day), 200,000 yuan for rent and 150,000 yuan for labor (two shifts). Talking about the demand density, the relevant person in charge of Weilai Automobile said that when the daily average service volume of a single station in the power station exceeds 60, the power station can achieve profitability. In other words, only when the power exchange reaches a sufficient scale will the profit come naturally.

There are still many difficulties to be overcome in the wide application of power exchange stations, but it has become a general consensus in the industry to seek win-win cooperation and development. Weilai actively "hands in hand" with all parties and released a clear signal. Li Bin once said: "As long as you are willing to participate in the power exchange and make some necessary modifications to the chassis of its products to match the standards of our next-generation battery packs, we are welcome. This is actually a win-win situation. " Xu Yanhua admits that she has long been concerned about and supported the construction of power stations, and hopes that everyone can strengthen cooperation.

In the face of "a hundred flowers blossom" in various ways of charging energy, such as fast charging, slow charging, overcharging and changing power stations, it is generally believed in the industry that in the future, charging and changing power modes are complementary, not antagonistic.

Tong Zongqi said that as the usage scenarios of car owners become more and more detailed, the demand for differentiated charging services is not the same. In the future, the combination of fast and slow charging for daily use, long-distance travel and highway overcharging and power exchange complement each other, and charging and power exchange mode is one of the technical directions for new energy vehicles to replenish energy. Xu Yanhua believes that different customers and different scenarios have formed different needs, so the charging and power exchange modes will coexist for a long time. In December, "Anti-fraud Storm" came to expose the behind-the-scenes truth of telecom fraud.

Stills of Anti-fraud Storm

Recently, the anti-telecom fraud series "Anti-Fraud Storm" produced by Movie Channel Program Center and Haining Zhuoyue Film and Television Investment Co., Ltd. and jointly produced by Youku announced that it will be officially launched on December 23rd. The series of movies is divided into five parts, which are broadcast simultaneously on CCTV6 movie channel, Youku and 1905 movie network at 20: 15 every Saturday. This series of films was produced by Hong Kong Universal Entertainment Co., Ltd., the original production team, and Peng Shun, a famous director in Hong Kong, served as the chief producer to guide the filming. The Anti-Fraud Storm series is performed by many well-known domestic powerful actors such as He Minghan, Wang Ruizi, Lian Kai, Lemon, Tan Kai, Yao Gang, Jeffery Ji and He Jiayi.

In the network era, information transparency and anti-fraud awareness have become a top priority.

"Hello, this is … …” "Hello, you have a copy of … Not collected, please click … " People always receive such phone calls or text messages in life, and these seemingly ordinary anonymous phone calls and text messages are actually elaborate scams. With the continuous development of Internet technology, people’s food, clothing, housing and transportation are increasingly inseparable from the Internet, and people’s living environment has almost become a fully transparent and semi-open state. The so-called spam messages and harassing calls are actually the products of the development of this network era.

Many people feel that their information is well protected, so they are very puzzled about how their information is leaked. Personal information is usually made public or even sold without knowing it. This series of movies "Anti-fraud Storm" has truly and vividly restored the causes and effects of telecom fraud and the tricks and techniques of fraud. "Vegetable merchant", "truck head" and "driver" represent different identities, and these professional identities form a code.

Adapted from a real case, the Ministry of Public Security fully assisted in filming.

It is worth mentioning that these stories are all adapted from real cases, with the full support of the Ministry of Public Security, and the local special police in Dalian really assisted in shooting. The combination of real cases and realistic shooting techniques really sounded the anti-fraud alarm for people at the peak of the crime at the end of the year.

The five stories in this series of movies tell five different situations of fraud that often occur in real life: impersonating the public security law to cheat social security; Marriage fraud; Recruit fraud; Hacker Trojan virus steals accounts; Stars are defrauded; Low-income fraud, pseudo base station SMS fraud.

The action film of the gunfight between criminal investigation police and bandits brings a thrilling audio-visual feast.

The anti-fraud storm series was produced by Hong Kong Universal Entertainment, the original production team of the cinema hit movie Huge Call. Hong Kong Universal Entertainment has shot such blockbusters, and The Anti-Fraud Storm follows the style of Hong Kong gangster movies.

Large scenes such as yacht chase gunfight, crisis bomb disposal, special police round-up, gunfight between police and bandits, explosion and so on make the series of anti-fraud storms more visual. Restore the real fraud dens and environment, and show the fraud process, fraud division and fraud speech in detail.

In the film, the police rarely show the methods of solving crimes, and all kinds of high-tech detection methods give criminals a shock. As a police action film, it is public welfare enough to carry forward the main theme of society; As a feature film that promotes the main theme, it is brain-burning and exciting enough.

The main direction of national propaganda strategy is to carry forward socialist values

Telecom fraud refers to the criminal behavior that criminals fabricate false information and set up scams by telephone, internet and SMS, and implement remote and non-contact fraud on the victims to induce the victims to make money or transfer money to the criminals. In 2015, according to the data of the public security department, telecom fraud cost China people nearly 30 billion yuan.

In 2015, the State Council approved the establishment of a joint ministerial meeting led by public security organs to specifically crack down on new crimes in telecommunication networks. In 2016, the fourth session of the 12th National People’s Congress of People’s Republic of China (PRC) identified cracking down on telecom fraud, mobilizing the whole people and launching counter-attack propaganda as a national strategy.

With the continuous development of network technology, telecom fraud methods are constantly being renovated and upgraded, and the victimization index is constantly rising. Prevention is better than blocking. Through the anatomy of fraud techniques, it can help the audience understand the truth and ways of fraud and enhance their awareness of fraud prevention. Therefore, one more person watches, and one less person is deceived.

How to deal with the garbage in the dump? What are the methods and processes for garbage disposal?

In the process of real estate development and operation, garbage disposal in garbage dump is a problem that cannot be ignored. Reasonable disposal of garbage is not only related to environmental sanitation, but also affects the value of surrounding real estate and the quality of life of residents. The following will introduce the methods and processes of garbage disposal in detail.

Garbage disposal methods mainly include the following. Landfill is a common treatment method, which fills the garbage into the prepared pit and then compacts the covering soil layer. This method is relatively simple in operation and low in cost. But it also has some disadvantages, such as occupying a lot of land resources, and harmful substances in garbage may penetrate into soil and groundwater, causing environmental pollution.

Incineration method is to burn garbage at high temperature and convert it into ash, gas and heat. Incineration can significantly reduce the volume of garbage, and at the same time, it can also use the generated heat to generate electricity or heat. However, some harmful gases, such as dioxins, will be produced in the incineration process, which will cause serious pollution to the atmospheric environment if not handled properly.

Composting method is to use microorganisms to decompose organic matter in garbage and turn it into organic fertilizer. This method is suitable for treating garbage containing a lot of organic matter, such as kitchen waste. Composting can not only reduce the amount of garbage, but also produce fertilizer beneficial to the soil, but the composting process takes a long time and requires high classification of garbage.

The process of garbage disposal generally includes four links: collection, transportation, treatment and disposal. In the collection process, it is necessary to classify and collect garbage according to its types and properties, which is helpful for the subsequent treatment. For example, separate recyclables, harmful waste and other garbage.

In the transportation link, special garbage transport vehicles need to be used to ensure that garbage will not leak and emit odor during transportation. Transport vehicles should be cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure the safety and hygiene of transportation.

The processing link carries out corresponding operations according to different garbage disposal methods. If the landfill method is adopted, the garbage needs to be compacted and covered; When incineration is adopted, the incineration equipment should be strictly operated and managed; When composting is adopted, the conditions such as temperature, humidity and ventilation of composting should be controlled.

The disposal link is to arrange the treated products reasonably. For the garbage after landfill treatment, long-term monitoring and maintenance should be carried out to prevent environmental pollution problems; For the ashes produced by incineration, it is necessary to carry out safe landfill or comprehensive utilization; Organic fertilizer produced by composting can be used in agricultural production and other fields.

In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different garbage disposal methods more clearly, the following is a simple table:

processing method advantage disadvantage? burial method, burying method Simple operation and low cost. Occupy land, pollute soil and groundwater Incineration The volume reduction effect is good, and energy can be recycled. Harmful gas is generated, and the equipment investment is large. Composting method Can produce organic fertilizer Long processing time and high classification requirements.

In the actual garbage disposal work, appropriate disposal methods and processes should be selected according to the characteristics of garbage, local environmental conditions and economic conditions, so as to realize effective garbage disposal and rational utilization of resources and create a good environment for real estate projects.
