  In recent years, prepaid consumer disputes have gradually increased and become a hot spot of consumer disputes. In 2018, the province’s Consumer Protection Committee system accepted a total of 130,505 complaints, including 16,976 complaints about prepaid consumption, accounting for 13.01% of the total complaints. However, over the past year or so, disputes over prepaid cards still occur frequently.

  In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, such as the right to know, the right to property safety, the right to claim compensation, and promote the healthy development of prepaid consumption mode, Jiangsu Consumer Protection Committee conducted a survey on prepaid consumption in Jiangsu Province around the theme of "Credit makes consumption more secure", deeply understood the current situation of prepaid consumption, analyzed the crux of the problem and put forward reasonable suggestions.

A total of 70 valid samples were obtained from offline field experience, including 61 registered cards and 9 unregistered cards.

  Second, analysis of the survey results of prepaid card processing

  (1) Investigation on the basic situation of consumers: 85% of consumers have done prepaid cards, and the most involved fields are beauty salons, comprehensive retail and fitness industries.The online questionnaire survey shows that the proportion of male and female consumers participating in the survey is 60.8% and 39.2% respectively. 7.2% of consumers are under 18, 74.2% are between 18 and 40 years old, 17.9% are between 41 and 65 years old, and only 0.7% of consumers are over 65 years old. From the perspective of age distribution, the consumer groups are mainly young and middle-aged.

  Among online participants, 70.2% of consumers have handled it, 14.6% of consumers often handle it, 15.2% of consumers have never handled it, and nearly 85% of consumers have handled prepaid cards.

  Among them, 41.3% of consumers apply for a card because of the strong preferential treatment of merchants, 37.8% think it is convenient to settle accounts, 13% are embarrassed to refuse the promotion of merchants, and 7.8% of consumers choose to apply for a card for other reasons.

  From the point of view of the industries selected to handle the card, beauty salons (including beauty, manicure and haircut) and comprehensive retail (including department stores, supermarkets, grocery stores and convenience stores) are the most, followed by fitness, catering and education and training.

  According to the Regulations on the Protection of Consumers’ Rights and Interests in Jiangsu Province, if an operator issues a single-purpose prepaid card (including other advance receipts), the limit of a single registered card shall not exceed 5,000 yuan, and the limit of a single bearer card shall not exceed 1,000 yuan.   However, the results of this survey show that many prepaid cards issued by operators have exceeded the limit. According to the online questionnaire survey data, after July 1, 2017, 42.2% of consumers said that they had paid less than 1000 yuan, 39.4% had paid 1,000-5,000 yuan, 14.3% had paid 5,001-10,000 yuan, and 4.1% had paid more than 10,000 yuan. 18.5% of consumers spend more than 5,000 yuan on prepaid card services.

  Among the prepaid cards with a single amount exceeding that of 1000 yuan, 74.1% of consumers said that the prepaid card was a registered card, and 25.9% of consumers were unregistered cards. That is to say, 25.9% of the consumption of bearer cards has exceeded the limit.

  In the online questionnaire survey, only 38.6% of the operators signed the consumption contract voluntarily when handling prepaid cards for consumers, 24% of the consumers asked to sign the contract voluntarily, and 37.4% did not sign the contract.

  In the online questionnaire survey, 50.3% of consumers have set the expiration date for prepaid cards, while 35.8% have not set the expiration date.

  According to the offline survey results, 27.1% of prepaid cards have a valid period, 60% of prepaid cards have no valid period, and 12.9% of them have a valid period, but the merchants verbally promise that consumers will not have a valid period when using them.

  Consumer Tips: According to Consumer Protection Regulations, the validity period of prepaid cards may not be set. Even if the validity period of bearer cards is set according to Administrative Measures, operators are obliged to provide services such as extension and activation for bearer prepaid cards of consumers to ensure their normal use.

  Can I refund the "No Termination of Contract"?

  Consumer tip: "No termination of the contract" is the overlord clause, and consumers still have the right to terminate the contract. However, in the case of consumer default, the operator will charge a certain amount of liquidated damages and refund the card for the consumer.

  What if the merchant runs away?

  Case analysis: The business operator in this case can’t fulfill the obligation of providing catering services as agreed, which infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, such as fair trading rights. According to Article 53 of China’s Consumer Protection Law, "If the business operator provides goods or services in advance, it shall provide them as agreed. If it is not provided in accordance with the agreement, it shall fulfill the agreement or refund the advance payment according to the requirements of the consumer. " The business operator shall refund the remaining money that has not been consumed according to the requirements of consumers.

  Consumer tips: when consumers find that businesses violate laws and regulations or have abnormal business conditions, they should consult or report to relevant departments in time; If the business suddenly closes down and cannot be contacted, and fraud is involved, it should be reported to the public security department in time.

Depth Holography: The Encounter of Holography and Depth Neural Network

With the rapid development of mathematical optimization and computing hardware, deep neural network(Deep Neural Networks, DNN)(noun explanation >) has become a powerful tool to solve many challenging problems in various fields, including decision-making, computational imaging, holographic technology and so on.

Since its development in 1947, holography(holography)(noun explanation >) has become an important and extensive technology, and has applications in various fields of optical engineering, including optical imaging, microscopy, metrology, three-dimensional (3D) display and so on. Holography means containing all information of light waves, which is physically divided into two processes: recording and reconstruction of wavefront, both of which can be realized by optical or digital methods.

At present, the two different fields of holography and deep learning have merged with each other, forming a new interdisciplinary field-depth holography.

Dnn has been proved in holographic reconstruction and computer generated holography.(computer-generated Holography, CGH)Almost all aspects of the application;

● Holography has the ability of interconnection and parallel processing of light speed, which is an optical realization of DNN, that is, optical neural network.(optical neural networks, ONN)(noun explanation >).

In this paper, the basic theory and architecture of DNN are briefly introduced, then some important progress and research trends of depth holography are discussed, and finally its future prospect is prospected. I hope this review can promote the further development of this field.

Deep Neural Networks: A Concise Introduction

The conceptual framework of DNN is shown in Figure 1. Feedforward neural network, or multilayer perceptron.(MLP)There is an input layer, an output layer, and one or more hidden layers. Each layer can have a different number of neurons, called perceptron; And each unit receives the weighted sum of its inputs from the upper layer.(Except for the first layer, its input is the original image to be processed by NN). The goal of feedforward neural network is to optimize an NN model to approximate a continuous function.trainAft learning that network parameter,The mapping from the input space x to the output space y can be realized.

Compared with the traditional holographic technology based on physics, DNN method has been proved to have unique advantages. As long as there is enough data, DNN can learn features from the higher-level structure composed of lower-level features, but it can’t clearly express the exact physics of the system, which leads to great challenges to the generalization and interpretability of the method.

Therefore, we very much hope that we canGive full play to the advantages of DNN and physical model at the same time, develop DNN based on physical information.(Physics-informed DNN).

● Physical integration(physical fusion), or a single physical DNN.

It directly inputs the solution of physical model as DNN model.(part).

● Residual physics(residual  physics), or recursive physical information DNN

Add physical solutions to the output of DNN, so that DNN model only needs to learn the mismatch between model-based solutions and the real situation.

● Regularized physics(physical  regularization), or concatenated physical information DNN.

The regularization term in a set of physical constraints is used to punish the network solution. The regularization term can be used as part of the loss function or through the physical reconstruction process.  

● Embedded physics(embedded physics)DNN

As shown in Figure 2, the central idea is to bring the physical model into the network optimization cycle.

● Network approximate physics

As the name implies, the physical model is approximated by using DNN.

Holographic reconstruction

Hologram can be regarded as the superposition of object light and reference beam. The intuitive method of holographic reconstruction is based on the physical model of diffraction, that is, the numerical calculation of wave diffraction process. Off-axis holography can be solved by spatial filtering, but spatial filtering will bring the loss of high-frequency components, which greatly hinders the quality of reconstructed images. For coaxial holography, the removal of zero order is relatively simple, so most of the research on coaxial holography reconstruction is to deal with twins.

Physically, twin images are actually out-of-focus copies of reconstructed object images, which can be eliminated by subtracting out-of-focus images. At present, the most widely used strategy is to adjust some physical parameters of the optical system and obtain the corresponding holograms, so as to establish a small linear equation set, and to link the recorded holograms with the tuning parameters, and then solve the object wavefront.

Mathematically, the twin image artifact is caused by the lack of phase when the hologram is recorded. This shows that if the missing phase of the hologram can be solved, the twin image artifacts can be solved.

Holography inspired by DNN

1) The most direct method: "end to end" DNN

EHoloNet developed by ResNet and U-Net: receiving the original digital hologram as input, and generating the phase object wavefront without artifacts;

Y-network architecture: simultaneously reconstruct intensity and phase from a single digital hologram;

It is also possible to generate a countermeasure network(GAN)Implementation, training data does not need to be paired.

2) Physical fusion, or DNN of single physics.

The traditional numerical free space is used to propagate back to the target plane, and then the amplitude and phase of the reconstructed wavefront are sent to DNN respectively, and all these artifacts are removed by training.

3) physically embedded DNN

As shown in Figure 3, this strategy has two obvious advantages by incorporating the physical imaging model into the traditional DNN:First of all, it does not need any data for pre-training; Secondly, the reconstructed image satisfies the constraints imposed by the physical model, which is interpretable.

DNN model in PhysenNet can be replaced by other neural networks, depending on the task at hand. For example, researchers have successfully incorporated the phase imaging model into the GAN network.

In addition, DNN method can also be used to solve various problems related to holography.Such as phase unwrapping, autofocus, phase distortion compensation, speckle suppression, computer generated holography (CGH).

DNN inspired by holographic technology

Holographic technology is to realize optical neural network.(ONN)One of the important ways.

The early research includes the optical realization of fully connected neural network and Hopfield model, which is a cyclic neural network.(RNN)The foundation of. Holographic neural network does not use logical neurons like digital neural network, but relies on the interconnection of hologram itself. In a fully connected holographic neural network, the weights are stored in the pixels of the hologram.(neuron)Medium. a layer or deck(hologram)Each neuron simply modulates the light shining on it from the upstream layer and then illuminates the downstream layer. Holographic neural network can be realized by photorefractive crystal, which is a three-dimensional device in itself and may store billions of weight data. Therefore, it is hopeful to solve large-scale reverse problems in principle.

(a) DNN contains a plurality of transmission (or reflection) layers, in which each point on the layers acts as a neuron with a complex transmission (or reflection) coefficient, and the transmission or reflection coefficient of each layer can be trained using deep learning, thereby performing a function between the input and output planes of the network. The modern realization of holographic neural network takes advantage of diffraction, so it is named diffraction depth neural network.(D2NN), as shown in Figure 4. In hardware implementation, the hologram in D2NN is actually a diffractive optical element.(DOE)It can be realized by 3D printing, nanotechnology, or electrically addressable digital micromirror devices.(DMD)Get. Like many other optical neural networks, the original D2NN was trained offline. In order to implement better training strategies, researchers have made a lot of efforts, such as back propagation technology to update unit weights through gradient transformation from Euclidean space to Riemannian space, and methods to realize optical grouping. People have also studied the applications of D2NN in logic operation, optical information processing, holographic reconstruction, pulse shaping, single pixel machine vision of spectral coding and so on.

Summary and prospect

The integration of holography and neurocomputing has greatly promoted each other’s development, and also provided us with a wonderful field to explore.

For holography inspired by DNN, this paper discusses five different ways to incorporate physical information, and shows their applications in solving various problems related to holography.

● In addition to trying different DNN architectures,An important trend is to incorporate physical models into DNN models.. This idea has been paid close attention by researchers in different fields.

● PhysenNet embedded in physical model has obvious advantages, but its optimization speed is slow.For lightweight network structure and more effective training algorithmMade a request.

● Comprehensive utilization of the advantages of physical prior and traditional data-driven methodsIt can make the training more effective, improve generalization and increase interpretability.

For DNN inspired by holographic technology, most of the research published so far focuses on optical reasoning. The parallel processing ability of the holographic neural network at the speed of light does guarantee powerful reasoning ability, even surpassing the performance of Tesla V100 tensor core GPU, the top product of Nvidia, in some tasks.

In order to give full play to the advantages of optics, it is necessary toOn-line training of network by optical means.There are many possibilities to effectively implement most basic functions in DNN. 

● Relying on the development of new optical materials and equipmentThe wave can be modulated at high speed at sub-wavelength scale to improve the performance of D2NN.

● The rapid development of neural computing provides us with more powerful algorithms., such as spike neural synaptic network (SNN), can simulate the behavior and learning potential of the brain. The applicability and potential of these new algorithms in holographic technology need to be tapped.

In other words, the price of 161,800 C16 Smart Enjoy pure electric version, for the pre-order activities of 1,000 yuan to 5,000 yuan before the listing, and the zero-run owners who have replacement needs, only 157,800 yuan can complete the selection and landing.

From the price to the configuration, to the promotion activities, the Zero Run C16 feels like a "price butcher". From the market feedback, this model does show the same signs of explosion as the Zero Run C11. Within 48 hours of listing, the Zero Run C16 has been ordered to be 5,208 units. Previously, Zero Run officials had expected that the C16 will be delivered in July about 2,000 units, and in August more than 5,000 units will be delivered in batches.

With so much investment in a 100,000-plus model, what is Zero Running up to?

"C16 selects top BBA suppliers, which not only sets the price down, but also provides better materials and experience." Zhu Jiangming, founder, chairperson and CEO of Zero Run, said at the C16 launch that Zero Run’s goal is to become the "Uniqlo" of the automotive industry and adhere to the route of low price and high matching.

In 2021, when Zero Run opened the "2.0 era", Zhu Jiangming had set ambitious goals such as "surpassing Tesla in three years" and "the top three in new power car manufacturing", but in recent years it has become more and more realistic – starting from the best-selling of the C series models in 2023, low-cost and high-end models have become the main label of Zero Run.

In 2023, the previous sales force of the Zero Run T03 gradually declined in the fierce competition of the minicar, while the sales share of the Zero Run C series jumped from 44.3% in 2022 to over 73%.

Compared with tens of thousands of yuan of T03, C11, which opens the 15 yuan market, will send Zero Run to a stage with more room to play, and Zero Run has the opportunity to implement more high-end technologies in the product, thus completing the Uniqlo-style "flat replacement".

In March this year, Zero Run released the "2024 New Product Family Bucket", launching the first C10 and 2024 versions of T03, C11, and C01.

Taking the main sales model C11 as an example, the 2024 new C11 is equipped with leaf 3.0 vehicle architecture, Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8295P cockpit, FSD variable damping shock absorber, NVIDIA Orin-X chip and many other upgrades, which are placed on the new C11 model with the whole series instead of the top, and the starting price is only 148,800 yuan. Compared with the new C16, it is not difficult to see that the zero-run is a strategy to achieve low-cost and high-end, and basically takes out "all the belongings".

However, in the red sea of price wars, the road to low prices and high matching requires great determination and investment.

2. To break through the encirclement, it still depends on "cost performance"

On the road to "cost performance" of Zero Run, Zero Run C11 is an indispensable product.

At the market end, the main sales model of Zero Run completed the "succession" from T03 to C11, and with the help of this model, the delivery volume of Zero Run in 2023 reached a record high of 144,155 vehicles, ranking among the top three sales of new forces, and achieving a positive gross profit margin of 1.2% in the third quarter of 2023, and then a positive gross profit margin of 0.5% for the whole year.

The Zero Run C11 once sold more than 10,000 yuan, becoming the sales champion of medium-sized new energy SUVs in the range of 15-200,000 yuan in 2023, accounting for 56% of Zero Run’s sales that year. In the annual report, Zhu Jiangming concluded: "We redefine the selection criteria for new energy vehicles in the RMB 150,000-200,000 yuan level."

Previously, Zhu Jiangming said that in the future, Zero Run will deeply cultivate models of more than 150,000 yuan, and strive to sell 30,000 vehicles per month. In 2025, the first product of the A series with a price of 100,000 yuan will be listed, and 3 B series models in the range of 100,000 yuan to 150,000 yuan will be listed. In 2026, Zero Run will launch 3 models of the D series 200,000 yuan.

From the product layout, the 150,000 yuan is the "anchor point" of the zero-run car in the low-end market. The first stop is the current C series focusing on the price segment of 150,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan, while the A, B, and D series models are respectively arranged at both ends of the price segment.

At present, from the layout of the model, with the C11 as the stepping stone, the main strategy of Zero Run has been fully transferred to "cost performance", challenging the product positioning of high-end models.

In addition to the intelligent pure electric minicar T03 and the intelligent sedan C01, Zero Run’s main sales products are concentrated in the SUV, a new energy must-compete model, including two medium-sized SUV products C10 and C11, and a medium-sized and large SUV product C16, which are mostly similar to the ideal L6, L7, L8, and Qjie M7 and M9.

In the face of netizens’ ridicule of C16 "ideal flat replacement" and "half-price ideal L8", Zhu Jiangming responded to the media that Zero Run did not mind this statement. "Users who are used to buying Chanel occasionally buy Uniqlo and buy products like C16. After using it, they find that it is the same, and they may become loyal fans of Zero Run."

In the first quarter of this year, Zero Run Auto recorded revenue of 3.486 billion yuan, an increase of 141.7% year-on-year, and net loss narrowed to 1.013 billion yuan, a decrease of 10.59% year-on-year. In addition, as of the end of the first quarter, Zero Run cash and cash equivalents, restricted cash, financial assets at fair value into profit and loss and bank time deposits totaled 17.584 billion yuan.

But in the fierce price war of the industry, Zero Run launched many promotional activities, and the gross profit margin fell back to negative -1.4% again. This means that Zero Run, which has accumulated sales of 33,400 vehicles in the first three months, lost an average of 1,460 yuan for each one sold, and accidentally slipped off the "wire" and returned to the situation of "selling more and losing more".

But for the price war, Zero Run is already mentally prepared. Zhu Jiangming said that "the market is mature, and it is unrealistic for everyone not to fight a price war." He believes that the price war will continue for three years, the competition will remain fierce, and the process of new energy vehicles will be completed in three years. At that time, pure fuel vehicles will account for less than 10%. During this period, new energy vehicle companies will fully compete and seize positions.

In the red ocean of price involution, cost performance is the main focus, which means that how to balance costs will be a long-term proposition for zero runs.

3. Cost control will be a long-term problem for zero running

After 2023, when the strategy is gradually clear, Zero Run gradually focuses on "cost control".

In 2024, Zero Run officially proposed a sales target of 250,000 to 300,000, and it is expected to achieve profitability by the end of 2025 and early 2026. Before that, around the cost, Zero Run cars need to continue to withstand two tests.

First, increase sales. In 2023, Zero Run failed to meet 200,000 sales target. In the first half of 2024, Zero Run accumulated sales of 66,500 vehicles in the first five months, and in June it ushered in the outbreak, delivering 20116 vehicles, breaking through 20,000 sales for the first time, but overall, Zero Run sold 86,696 units in the first half of the year, only completing the annual sales target of about 35%. Zero Run’s sales volume is not low among its peers, but the strategy of focusing on small profits but quick turnover makes it particularly need sales scale.

Second, to further reduce costs. To achieve the route of low price and high matching, Zero Run must allow its own products to have cost advantages while benchmarking with competitors in exchange for price and configuration. At present, Zero Run relies on global self-research, making the product self-made rate exceed 70%, of which more than 60% of the core parts of the vehicle cost are self-developed. Zhu Jiangming previously said that the three rounds of technical cost reduction that Zero Run has completed will reach 40% in 2023, and it is entering the fourth round of cost reduction cycle.

In fact, the increase in the scale of sales, zero running can get more in the production and manufacturing has the voice over, and reducing costs means directly improving the competitiveness of products.

In an interview with Late Auto, Zhu Jiangming said of sales and costs, "At this stage, the annual sales 500,000 can survive, 1 million have stronger vitality, and the best way to live is more than 3 million". When the scale is large enough, the advantages of refined management will appear. He said that Zero Run paid attention to the cost issue when it launched the C11, and used cost optimization to set more convincing prices for all models in March last year, which promoted sales to rise all the way.

In the past five years, Zero Run has lost more than 14 billion yuan. Under the background that the stock price of Hong Kong stocks has been declining and has not yet risen back to the issue price, Zero Run Auto must face the next challenges cautiously. Now, in addition to products, Zero Run is also constantly seeking reforms and opportunities.

On the one hand, Zero Run is reforming its marketing system and further deploying the lower-tier market. In May, Zero Run merged its three original sales departments into a "sales department", and plans to increase the number of lower-tier market outlets from more than 500 to 800. It will open a 4S store in the Motor City, using the "1 + N" model of many display stores in the surrounding area of the 4S store to cover cities without outlets.

On the other hand, Zero Run’s overseas cooperation with Stellantis is progressing steadily. In May this year, Zero Run and Stellantis joint venture Zero Run International were officially established. It plans to land in 9 European countries in September. It will enter India and Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China), the Middle East and Africa, and South America from the Q4 quarter. It will cover major markets outside North America within a year. In the asset-light model that is not responsible for marketing and production, Zero Run is expected to obtain a healthy cash flow.

On the one hand, it covers the product layout planning for the next three years, and on the other hand, it strives to reduce costs and seek to go overseas. The ambition of Zero Run is fully demonstrated. Low price and high matching is a sharp blade with pressure. How effective it can be depends on the specific operation of Zero Run this year.
