Chen Xiaohong said that in today’s world, scientific and technological innovation is unprecedentedly intensive and active, and the digital, networked and intelligent transformation of the cultural industry is accelerating. We must vigorously implement the deep integration of cultural science and technology, accelerate the integration and innovation of Chinese excellent cultural genes and a new generation of digital intelligence technology, and help realize Chinese modernization.
"At present, China’s overall management of cultural science and technology integration is increasing, but there are still problems such as poor communication and coordination, and the development of decentralization and homogenization is more prominent." Chen Xiaohong said that if the key core technologies need to be broken through quickly, the legal and intellectual property protection is relatively lagging behind, and the financing problem has not been effectively solved.

How to promote the deep integration of culture, science and technology? Chen Xiao Hong made several suggestions.
Implement the overall action of cultural, scientific and technological innovationFormulate the medium-and long-term development plan of national cultural science and technology industry, strengthen the coordination of inter-regional industrial cluster planning, guide local governments to actively build a compound network cultural science and technology integration and innovation system in light of their own characteristics, develop and expand modern cultural industry groups, and build a complete cultural science and technology industrial chain.
Implement key core technology breakthrough actions.In the provinces where there are foundations and advantages in cultural and technological integration and innovation, we will set up national laboratories, key laboratories and engineering technology research centers in cultural and technological integration, accelerate the research and development and application of key technologies such as artificial intelligence, advanced computing, metauniverse and blockchain, make overall plans to promote the integration of computing power, algorithms, data and computer networks, and attach great importance to vigorously developing high-end digital cultural equipment such as green printing, new cinema systems and immersive experience platforms.
Implement legal and intellectual property protection upgrade actions.Explore the promulgation of the "Cultural Science and Technology Industry Promotion Law" to enhance the legal protection of cultural science and technology integration.
Implement financial service quality improvement actions.Set up a special investment fund for scientific and technological innovation in the cultural industry to help the cultural industry continue to transform into a high-tech field.
