The stamping workshop uses a "five-sequence fully automatic stamping process" and is equipped with 2 high-speed fully automatic continuous stamping production lines. The entire stamping process is completed in a confined space without the participation of a single worker. Also in the welding workshop, there are 16 ABB robots, and different body parts are sent from the assembly line to a fixed position, and then welded and assembled by multiple welding robots. The whole process is also not manually involved. The final assembly workshop uses a world-class "chassis overall automatic assembly" process, which can automatically tighten 46 sets of bolts synchronously at a time, with an accuracy control of within 0.15mm, and the tightening data can be monitored online.
