With the approach of the Spring Festival, the number of travelers is increasing gradually. Have you packed your bags and prepared for the new year’s goods? For the safe and smooth travel of passengers, airports in Yunnan Province have issued warm reminders. Please accept this flight security guide.
First, it is forbidden to carry and check.
1. Fireworks products
During the Spring Festival, common fireworks and firecrackers, cigarette cakes, "fairy wand", throwing firecrackers, fireworks, wiping firecrackers and other fireworks products are prohibited from being carried and checked.
2. Ignition (including all kinds of ignition devices)
Lighters, matches, cigarette lighters, magnesium rods (flints), etc. cannot be carried and checked with you.
3. Self-heating food
Self-heating foods such as instant hot pot, instant rice and self-heating drinks are explicitly prohibited in the Guide for Passengers to Carry Personal Protective Equipment.
Second, restrictions on carrying or consignment items
1. Lithium battery and charging treasure
It is forbidden to check in as luggage, and there are restrictions when carrying it with you.
At present, charging treasure has become an essential item for people to travel, but some passengers are not very clear about the relevant regulations for carrying charging treasure by plane.
According to the current valid ICAO Technical Rules for Safe Air Transport of Dangerous Goods and Regulations on the Administration of Civil Aviation Transport of Dangerous Goods, passengers carrying charging treasures should abide by the following provisions:
① The charging treasure must be carried by passengers for personal use.
② Charging treasure can only be carried in hand luggage or carried with you, and it is strictly prohibited to carry it in checked baggage.
③ The rated energy of the charging treasure does not exceed 100Wh, without airline approval; The rated energy exceeds 100Wh but not more than 160Wh, which can only be carried with the approval of the airline, but each passenger is not allowed to carry more than two charging treasures.
④ It is forbidden to carry charging treasure with rated energy exceeding 160Wh; It is strictly forbidden to carry charging treasures that are not marked with rated energy and fail to calculate the rated energy through other marked parameters.
⑤ Do not use charging treasure to charge electronic equipment during flight. For the charging treasure with the start switch, always turn off the charging treasure during the flight.
2. Liquid goods
When passengers take domestic flights, it is forbidden to carry liquid articles with them (except cosmetics, toothpaste and shaving cream for their own use during air travel).
Cosmetics for personal use during air travel must meet three conditions at the same time:
(1) one for each type of belt restriction.
(2) in the monomer container volume does not exceed 100mL container.
③ You can take it with you only after opening the bottle for inspection. One piece of toothpaste and shaving cream of each kind is limited and shall not exceed 100g(mL). If it exceeds 100g(mL), please check it.
★ Precautions:
"Carrying a small amount of cosmetics for personal travel, each cosmetic is limited to one piece, and the container volume shall not exceed 100ml" means that the size of the container containing cosmetics shall not exceed 100ml, not the amount of substances in the container. Please pay special attention to this regulation.
3. Living animals
Many children like to buy some small animals when traveling, such as turtles, frogs, goldfish and so on.
According to the relevant regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration, live animals cannot be carried with you. Some airlines provide the service of "transporting pets in cargo hold". If you need to bring domestic domesticated cats, dogs and other animals, you can consult the airlines in advance.
4. Sunscreen spray
Many passengers travel with articles such as sunscreen spray in their luggage.
Meet the following three conditions, sunscreen spray can be brought on the plane:
① sunscreen spray capacity ≤100ml (capacity marked on the bottle, not actual remaining capacity);
(2) confirmed by the security site as non-flammable substances, can carry. If your sunscreen spray capacity is more than ＞100ml, and the bottle is marked inflammable and explosive, you can’t carry it.
Third, the list of new year’s goods
1. Food
Meat such as cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks and fish can be carried and checked with you. It should be noted that ice cubes and homemade refrigerants used for preservation or freezing need to be checked. Meat should be well packaged, without blood oozing and odor, before it can be carried with you.
● Articles with strong pungent smell, such as durian and bean curd, are prohibited to be carried and checked.
● Tea, drinks, Chili sauce, mushroom sauce, homemade pickles, honey, eight-treasure porridge, butter, canned food, pickled vegetables (with liquid in the package), etc. belong to liquid foods, and it is forbidden to carry them with you, but you can check them in.
● Liquid dairy products necessary for infants during air travel, and liquid medicines necessary for patients with diabetes or other diseases during air travel can be carried with them after being confirmed by safety inspection.
2. Alcohol items
When visiting relatives and friends, drinks are indispensable. When flying, please pay attention to the following conditions:
1. The logo is comprehensive and clear and placed in retail packaging, and the volume of each container shall not exceed 5L;
2. When the volume percentage of alcohol is less than or equal to 24%, the consignment quantity is not limited;
3. When the volume percentage of alcohol is more than 24% and less than or equal to 70%, the consignment quantity of each passenger shall not exceed 5L;
