According to Article 48 of the Regulations on the Administration of Town Gas, if a gas operator fails to set up protection devices and safety warning signs for gas facilities such as anticorrosion, insulation, lightning protection, voltage reduction and isolation in accordance with the relevant national engineering construction standards and safety production management regulations, or fails to conduct regular inspections, tests, repairs and maintenance, or fails to take measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of gas safety accidents in time, the gas management department shall order him to make corrections within a time limit and impose a fine of 10,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan.

Four, Chengde City Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau investigated and dealt with a case in which a company sold bottled gas filled by a filling unit without authorization for non-owned gas cylinders.

5. Zhuozhou City Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau investigated and dealt with a case in which a company failed to take measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of gas safety accidents in time.

X. Shahe City Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau investigated and dealt with the case of Wang Moumou using gas cylinders to pour gas into each other.

His behavior violated the provisions of Item (10) of Article 39 of Hebei Province Gas Management Regulations that "gas users and related units and individuals shall not have the following behaviors: (10) Gas cylinders are used to inject gas into each other". According to the second paragraph of Article 57 of Hebei Province Gas Management Regulations, "In violation of the provisions of Article 39 of these regulations, gas users and related units and individuals use it.
