The Beijing Municipal Construction Committee and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission announced yesterday (2nd) the average electricity consumption and water consumption of some office buildings and large public buildings of state organs in Beijing that were audited last year. Among them, the average power consumption per square meter of office buildings of state organs in 20 units audited is 85.4 kWh, and the average annual power consumption per capita is 3072.5 kWh. This is the first time that Beijing has conducted energy audit publicity for office buildings and large public buildings of state organs.
The power consumption of public buildings is five times that of ordinary buildings.
According to statistics, the annual power consumption of office buildings and large public buildings of state organs accounts for about 22% of the total power consumption of cities and towns in China, and the annual power consumption per square meter is 10-20 times that of ordinary residential buildings. The annual power consumption of large public buildings in Beijing is between 50 and 300 degrees per square meter, which is three to five times higher than that of ordinary buildings.
Shopping malls consume the most electricity, and hospitals consume the most water.
This time, the relevant departments in Beijing organized a pilot project of building energy consumption audit for some office buildings of state organs, large public buildings and Beijing-affiliated colleges and universities. Among them, there are office buildings of state organs, student dormitories in colleges and universities, office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, stadiums and hospitals. According to the information, among them, the power consumption per square meter of the building is the highest, and the annual power consumption reaches 175.5 degrees; The office building of colleges and universities is the lowest, with 34.57 degrees; The office building of state organs is 85.4 degrees, while the per capita annual power consumption of office buildings of state organs reaches 3072.5 degrees.
In terms of water consumption, the water consumption per square meter of the building is the highest in hospitals, which is 3.158 tons per year; Colleges and universities have the least office buildings, with 0.369 tons. The office building of state organs is 1.023 tons.
Will implement over-quota price increase to save energy.
The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Construction said that the system of energy consumption statistics, energy audit, energy efficiency publicity, energy consumption quota and over-quota price increase will be adopted to promote the office buildings and large public buildings of state organs to improve the management level of energy-saving operation.
