There are small to medium snow or sleet in the eastern part of Northeast China, the northern part of Shandong Peninsula and the mountainous areas in southwestern Xinjiang. There are light rains or showers in eastern Jianghuai, most of the south of the Yangtze River, eastern Southwest China, most of southern China, eastern Yunnan and Taiwan Province; There are 4 ~ 6 winds in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, North China, Liaoning and eastern Shandong Peninsula (see Figure 3). The Taiwan Province Strait, the northeastern part of the South China Sea and the middle east will have a northerly wind with 7-8 grades and a gust of 9-10 grades.

There are small to moderate rains or showers in parts of southwestern China, central and eastern Yunnan, eastern Jiangnan and Taiwan Province; There are 4 ~ 6 winds in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, North China, southern Northeast China, Huanghuai, eastern Jianghuai and eastern Jiangnan (see Figure 4).
